When will my order ship?

We offer the following shipping options:

US Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days)

  • Free for orders $75.00+ with a transit time of 5 to 8 business days.
  • For orders between 0lb and 3lb: $5.90 USD.
  • For orders between 0lb and 3lb with shipping insurance: $6.99 USD.
  • For orders between 3lb and 70lb: $13.90 USD. (shipping insurance included)

US Standard Shipping: (3 to 4 business days)

  • For orders between 0lb and 1lb: $7.90 USD, with a transit time of 3 to 4 business days.
  • For orders between 1lb and 5lb: $15.90 USD, with a transit time of (shipping insurance included)

Please note that 1-3 business days may be required for processing before items are shipped.

We Now Ship to Canada!

All Canadian orders ship via USPS or DHL, and shipping costs are based on weight. Average rates are listed below:

  • 0–1 lb: $14.90 USD
  • 1–3 lb: $19.90 USD
  • 3–5 lb: $24.90 USD

Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.

Please note: Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

While we hope to expand to more international destinations in the future, at this time we only offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
    Final Sale includes: jewelry, hair accessories, discounted items, and international orders.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Returns past the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items not meeting return requirements may be rejected and sent back to you.

What is your holiday return policy

Extended Holiday Return Window:

For items purchased between November 1st and December 25th, you have until January 15th to request a return. We want you to enjoy the season stress-free and still have time to exchange or return your gifts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we aren’t able to make changes or cancellations. We work quickly to get your items ready and shipped so you get your favorites as soon as possible!

Can I make an exchange?

YES! The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order.

Once your new order is confirmed, just email us with your new order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label for the original item.

We’ll also waive the $7.50 return shipping fee on your exchange.

What should I do if my package is lost delayed?

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thehyveboutique.com

We now offer an option to add shipping insurance at checkout. If you purchased insurance, we can assist with filing a claim for a replacement or refund if your package is lost.

If you did not purchase shipping insurance, unfortunately we cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost packages, as once the items are shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility.

Tracking updates are sent via email once your order ships so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I find your items in physical stores?

Right now, The Hyve Boutique is online only, but we love meeting you in person! We occasionally host pop-up events around Denver and nearby—follow us on social media for updates and invites.
