We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

US Economy Shipping

  • Free on orders over $50 USD

  • 0–6 lb: $5.00 USD

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

US Economy + Shipping Insurance

  • 0–8 lb: $5.99 USD

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

US Standard Shipping

  • 0–6 lb: $12.00 USD

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days

US Standard + Shipping Insurance

  • 0–8 lb: $12.99 USD

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping to Canada

We now ship to Canada!

Canadian orders ship via USPS or DHL, with rates based on package weight:

  • 0–1 lb: $14.90 USD

  • 1–3 lb: $19.90 USD

  • 3–5 lb: $24.90 USD

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Important Information

  • International orders, including Canada, are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery.

Lost Packages

While we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) to ensure safe delivery.

  • If you purchased shipping insurance:
    You are eligible for a refund or replacement (if available) if your package is lost. We will gladly file a missing mail claim with the carrier and assist you throughout the process. If the package is located during the investigation, it will be redirected and sent to the correct address on file.

  • If you did not purchase shipping insurance:
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost packages as the carrier assumes responsibility once the item is shipped. We are still happy to file a missing mail claim on your behalf, but if the package is not found, we cannot reimburse the cost.
