We now ship to Canada!
Canadian orders ship via USPS or DHL, with rates based on package weight:

International orders, including Canada, are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost Packages
While we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) to ensure safe delivery.

If you purchased shipping insurance:
You are eligible for a refund or replacement (if available) if your package is lost. We will gladly file a missing mail claim with the carrier and assist you throughout the process. If the package is located during the investigation, it will be redirected and sent to the correct address on file. -
If you did not purchase shipping insurance:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost packages as the carrier assumes responsibility once the item is shipped. We are still happy to file a missing mail claim on your behalf, but if the package is not found, we cannot reimburse the cost.
